How to Make Better Scheduling Decisions with Mazévo Analytics

Analytics Filters

Analytics offers 10 ways to analyze the data:

  • Busiest Time of Day
  • Busiest Day of the Week
  • Room
  • Room Type
  • Event Type
  • Organization
  • Organization Type
  • Users
  • Service Provider
  • Resource

The data is then summarized by number of events, total hours, total attendance or total revenue

It also includes multiple ways to filter the information

  • Date: future or past events
  • Time of Day: 8-5 PM or anytime
  • Building
  • Status: confirmed, tentative, cancelled etc.
  • Service Provider: catering, facilities etc.

Using Analytics

To use analytics first decide what you want to analyze then set your filters. You are able to view the data in two ways, as a chart or as a list.

The data list above can also be exported to Excel for further analysis if desired.
