Messaging and Requests

Messaging is available to anyone requesting space from the web or their phone through the Mazévo app. Clicking on any previously requested event will reveal the messaging tab.

Once a message is sent, all event planners are instantly notified that there is a new message. The notification is displayed with the bell icon and on the Day at a Glance dashboard. Any event planner can respond, and a record of the message is accessible from the event. 

Sending a reply to the requester will notify them that they have a new message through whatever device they are using. If they have the Mazévo app downloaded, they will receive the notification on their phone. Those using the web page to make requests can see message replies in real-time while they are on the page or receive them via email. 

Sending Messages to Other Staff

Mazévo messaging also allows you to send messages to other Mazévo event planners. You can send a message from any event and receive a notification when you get a reply. These messages are also visible to all event planners who can access the event within Mazévo, giving you a one-stop-shop for all message history related to the event.
