Over the coming weeks we have a slew of new updates and changes to our product to announce. Before we do that however I want to take a minute and talk about one of the core functions of our product, making bulk changes to events.
Updating your events is simple when it is just a one time meeting. Things quickly get more complex when you are trying to update an event recurs on a regular basis. Imagine trying to change the time or room on a meeting that meets every week throughout the year. Without the proper tools this could become a major chore. With Mazévo's bulk edit tools you can now update all the instances of an event at the same time while making sure there are no conflicts.
Once you open an event simply select the bookings that you want to change by clicking the check box next to the booking or choosing select all.
A new menu will appear at the top of the list and you can change date, time, location, status, event type, price or add resources. Select the item you want to change and press save.
With Mazévo's bulk edit tools you can spend less time figuring out how to make bulk changes and instead just make the change and get on with your day.
