      Can't Open Events and Confirmations

      This article explains how to disable pop-up blockers, which may prevent some Mazévo functions from working properly.

      Overview

      If your browser's pop-up blocker is enabled, some Mazévo functions may not work as designed. When you open an event using the Find Events function or from the Event Book or Calendar, it's displayed on a new tab in your browser. The same is true when you view a confirmation.

      By default, most browsers prevent this type of action. To ensure all the functions in Mazévo are accessible, you will have to enable pop-ups.

      How to enable/disable pop-ups in Microsoft Edge

      Safari (iPad)

      1. Launch Settings.
      2. Tap Safari.
      3. Under the General section, click the toggle next to Block Pop-ups to enable or disable the pop-up blocker. A green toggle indicates an enabled pop-up blocker.
