The idea for a modern room scheduling system started with Mazévo founder Dean Evans. Dean was a pioneer in event management software who created one of the first widely available room scheduling systems and founded Dean Evans and Associates (DEA) in 1986. Through the years, DEA helped thousands of organizations streamline their scheduling and become more efficient in managing all their events.
Building off these experiences, Mazévo is built from the ground up by a team of industry veterans with over 100 years of combined scheduling experience to be a modern alternative to oversized, complicated, and expensive scheduling systems.
