How to Set The Recording Flag on Bookings

Mazevo has a flag on every booking indicating whether it should be recorded.  This flag is used to integrate with external 3rd-party systems that can record the event. 

Overview

When Mazevo is integrated with a 3rd-party recording system, Mazevo can track at the booking level whether the booking should be recorded.  These systems are primarily used to record classes, but can be used to record any booking. 

Contact Mazevo support to activate the recording option for your system.

You can set the flag using one of the following tools in Mazevo:

  • Event Editor 

  • Course Editor

  • Terms - Sets the flag for all course meeting bookings.

The recording flag is returned in the GetEvents API call. You can also filter GetEvents to return only bookings that are to be recorded.
