      How to Allow Pop-ups in Your Browser

      Below are the steps to allow pop-ups in your browser. In order for Mazévo to function properly, you'll need to allow pop-ups for the Mazévo app.

      Google Chrome, version 97.0.4692.71 (Official Build) (64-bit)

      1. Open the browser to a new tab

      2. Select the three vertical ellipses (3 dots) to the right of your avatar (in the upper right corner of the browser window)

      3. Select “Settings”.  A new TAB will open to the Browser Settings.

      4. Type “pop” in the search box in the middle and select “Site Settings” in the results to open the “Pop-Ups and redirects” settings

      5. In “Pop-Ups and redirects”, to the right of “Allow to send pop-ups and use redirects”, select the “Add” button. This opens a window to add the website URL Enter “mymazevo.com”, then click the “Add” button.

      6. Exit/close all browser windows and reopen.

         

      Microsoft Edge, version 97.0.1072.62 (Official Build) (64-bit)

      1. Open the browser to a new tab

      2. Select the three-horizontal ellipsis (3 dots) to the right of your avatar (in the upper right corner of the browser window)

      3. Select “Settings”.  A new TAB will open to the Browser Settings.

      4. Type “pop-ups” in the search box on the left panel. Scroll down the results list until you get to “Pop-Ups and redirects”, then click the selection.
      5. In “Pop-ups and redirects”, below in the “Allow” frame, click the “Add” button. This opens a window to add the website URL Enter “mymazevo.com”, then click the “Add” button.

      6. Exit/close all browser windows and reopen.

       

      Mozilla Firefox, version 96.0.1 (64-bit)

      1. Open the browser to a new tab

      2. Select the gear icon in the upper right corner of the browser window

      3. Select “Manage more settings”. The Settings content will open to the Browser Tab.

      4. Type “pop-ups” in the search box on the top.

      5. In “Block pop-up windows”, to the right, click the “Exceptions…” button. This opens a window to add the website URL. Enter “mymazevo.com”, then click the “Allow” button. Then click the “Save Changes” button.

      6. Exit/close all browser windows and reopen.

       

      Safari, version 15.2 (17612.3.6.1.6)

      1. Open Safari and navigate to mymazevo.com

      2. Access the menu item, Safari > “Preferences…”

      3. In the window that opens, select “Websites”

      4. From the left panel, under “General”, scroll to find Pop-up Windows

      5. In the right panel, you will see the current website listed and a drop-down list selection, select “Allow”

      6. Exit/close all browser windows and reopen.
