How to Automatically Add Resources to Bookings
In Mazevo, you can have the system automatically add resources to new bookings in specific rooms. This feature can be useful for adding resources to a room's bookings for purposes of external system integrations.
Overview
Mazevo can be configured to automatically add a list of resources to new bookings. The list of resources to be added are defined for each room. The resources will count against inventory quantities, and will have charges applied per the rate plan specified on the event. This can be used with door locking or HVAC system integrations.
Defining the resources to be added

Navigate to Settings > Rooms.

Click on the number in the column Bkg Res. to open the list of resources applied to new bookings.

Click Add Resources.

Select the resource to be added from the resource dropdown.

Enter the quantity for the resource.

Press Save.
When new bookings are created, the list of resources for the room will be added to the booking. The resources will be included in any inventory calculations and will be priced according to the pricing plan on the event.
