Running the Check Configuration Tool

The check configuration tool will check the following items:

• Missing Requester Help Text
• Security Policies with expired dates
• Security Policy Groups without any associated rooms
• Disabled service providers with active resources
• Combo rooms with components disabled
• Missing standard statuses
• Contacts not tied to organizations
• Inactive user accounts (no activity for 60 days)
