How to Configure Which Bookings Are Included in the ICS File
When you send a confirmation to a customer, Mazevo can include an ICS file as a special attachment in the email. The ICS file lets your customer quickly add the event to their calendar.
Configuring which statuses to include in the ICS File
- Navigate to Settings > Statuses.
- Click on Configure ICS.
- Select the statuses to be included in the ICS file.
- Press Save.
When the confirmation is generated and emailed, Mazevo will include only bookings in the selected statuses in the ICS file. Only current and future bookings are included in the ICS file.
The confirmation may display bookings that are not included in the file.
If you don't select any statuses, the ICS file will not be available to requesters or included on confirmations.
