How to Fix the 'Not Configured Properly for Scheduling a Request' error

This article explains how to resolve the error when the requester receives the 'Not configured properly for scheduling a request' error message.

How to fix the issue

  1. Navigate to Events > Contacts on the main menu.
  2. Locate the contact with the same name and email as the requester.
  3. Edit the contact record and select the Organization tab.
  4. Select one or more organizations for the contact. These are the organizations that the requester can use when making a new request.
  5. Press Save.
