How to Fix the 'Not Configured Properly for Scheduling a Request' error
This article explains how to resolve the error when the requester receives the 'Not configured properly for scheduling a request' error message.
How to fix the issue
- Navigate to Events > Contacts on the main menu.
- Locate the contact with the same name and email as the requester.
- Edit the contact record and select the Organization tab.
- Select one or more organizations for the contact. These are the organizations that the requester can use when making a new request.
- Press Save.
