How to Lock a Term
While a term is being processed, you may want to prevent events from being created in academic spaces.
Locking a Term
While processing the course room assignments, you can prevent the creation of 'Events' in academic spaces using the Lock Term tool. The tool will lock all academic spaces for the duration of the term.
To lock a term:
- Navigate to Academics > Terms.
- Click on the Lock icon for the appropriate term.
Just press the locked icon for the appropriate term to unlock it.
