      How to Set a Room as Always Available

      For certain spaces, it may be desirable to have Mazévo ignore the availability of a room when creating and editing events. This is useful for virtual meeting spaces and outdoor spaces that can accommodate simultaneous events.

      How to set a room as Always Available

      1. Navigate to Settings > Rooms.
      2. Click on the room to edit.
      3. Check the option for Room is Alway Available.
      4. Press Save.  

       

      This option can only be set on rooms that have not been reserved.
