How to Configure Room Hours

Mazevo doesn't directly have room hours that act like building hours at the room level.  You can enforce a request timeframe that functions like room hours in the Security Policy.

Setting hours during which a room may be requested

To set the hours for a room or set of rooms, use the booking timeframe option on the security group within a security policy.

  1. Navigate to Settings > Security Policies

  2. Click on the security group column to view the groups.

  3. Select a group you want to enforce requesting hours for, then click its name.

  4. Check the Booking Time Frame and enter the hours during which you allow requests.  This range should fall within the building hours for the rooms that use this security group.

  5. Press Save.

This timeframe is used only during the request process.  Event Planners will not see any room hour enforcement.
