This article explains the Mazévo room rating system that gathers data on customer satisfaction with room bookings.
Overview
The room ratings function in Mazévo provides summary information about how customers rated the use of rooms for their event on a scale of 1 to 5 stars. The results are organized by building and room, and can be exported as a spreadsheet for further analysis.
Date Range
The Ratings report can be run for predefined date ranges or a specified date range. The predefined ranges are This Month, Last Month, and Last 6 Months.
Filtering Options
Two filtering options are available for the Ratings report: Buildings and Room Types. Checking the box for items restricts the report to showing ratings for bookings in those buildings or with those room types.
