Reporting on Deposits

By using the Find Invoice and Payments tool, you can report on deposits that have been applied or unapplied.

Getting a list of deposits

1) Navigate to Invoicing > Find Invoices.

2) Select Deposits.

3) Enter a date range (the date the deposit was made, not the booking date).

4) To include deposits that were deleted check Include Deleted Deposits.

5) To include deposits that are applied check Include Applied Deposits.

5) Press Search.

 

 

To find the value of deposits applied to an invoice date range.

1) Navigate to Invoicing > Find Invoices.

2) Select Invoices.

3) Enter a date range (Invoice date, not the booking date).

4) Check Include Zero Balances.

5) Check Include Negative Balances.

5) Press Search.

The value of deposits applied to the list of invoices is displayed in the last column, Applied Deposits.
