      What are Internal Resources

      Similar to Internal Use Only Service Providers, individual resources can be marked for internal use only. Resources marked as internal will not display on confirmations or invoices.

      Overview

      In certain situations, it may be desirable to add resources on events that are hidden from the customer but display on internal reports.   This is easily accomplished by flagging the resource for internal use.  Resources marked as internal can not have prices defined and will not print on confirmations and invoices.  

      If a resource has existing prices defined, the prices will NOT be removed from the system. It is best to remove all prices before setting the resource to internal use.

       

      Setting a resource to internal use

      1. Navigate to Settings > Resources.

      2. Select the resource to edit.

      3. Check the internal checkbox.

      4. Press Save.
