Welcome to our first update for 2026! This release is primarily focused on accessibility improvements, along with a handful of enhancements designed to make reporting, reviewing activity, and requesting rooms a little easier.
New Features
Export analytics charts as images
When viewing a chart in Analytics Reporting, you can now export the chart as a .png image. This makes it easier to share insights with colleagues or include visuals in presentations and reports.
Run Service Order Reports for multiple providers at once
You can now select more than one service provider when running the Service Order Report. Previously, reports had to be run separately for each provider. This update reduces duplicate work and makes it easier to review service activity across teams.
Filter the Activity Log by room or status changes
The Activity Log can now be filtered to show only bookings with room changes or status changes. In the past, the log included all types of updates, such as time, date, or setup changes, making it harder to focus on what mattered most.
Room alerts now appear in Requester Book Room Tool
The Book Room tool now displays a caution icon next to rooms that have alerts. Clicking the icon shows the informational alert message for that room. Previously, this indicator only appeared in the Event Book and Add New Request tools.

Room capacity displayed during request creation
Minimum and maximum room capacity is now shown directly next to the room name in Add New Request. This helps requesters make better choices without needing to open the room details for additional information.

Accessibility Improvements
We made several updates to improve accessibility and ensure Mazévo aligns with the latest WCAG guidelines. Most of these improvements are behind the scenes and will not be noticeable unless you rely on accessibility features, but they are an important step in making Mazévo usable for everyone.
Bugs Fixed
- Advanced Find Events was not always displaying approval hours correctly
- Advanced Find Events was not saving the event origin filter setting
- Searching for a user when editing the responsible user on a task was not working
- Organization type event questions were not always triggering correctly based on room tags
- Changing the status on multiple bookings at the same time did not work in certain scenarios
- Manually added event questions were not always triggering approvals as expected
As always, thank you for your feedback and for helping guide how Mazévo continues to improve. If you have questions about this update or notice anything unexpected after the release, please let us know.
