Additional Calendar Filtering and Reporting Visibility

We’ve made several updates to Mazévo that improve how you filter the event calendar, add clarity to reports and invoices, and remove small friction points from the request process.


Event Calendar Filtering by Resource Tags

You can now filter the event calendar by resource tags, not just individual resources.

Previously, calendar filtering required selecting specific resources one at a time. With this update, you can quickly filter the calendar using a tag that represents a group of related resources.

Why this matters
Resource tags are often how teams think about space categories. This makes it faster to focus on the subset of spaces you care about without repeatedly adjusting filters, especially in large or complex environments.


Private Event Details Visible on Room Cards Report

You can now choose to display private event details, including the event name and organization, on the Room Cards Report.

Previously, private events only appeared with the label “Private Event,” with no additional context.

Why this matters
Operations and facilities teams can now see what’s actually happening in a space while still controlling where private data is shown. This reduces guesswork and helps teams prepare spaces confidently without needing to look elsewhere for context.


Department Contact Information on Invoices

Invoices will now display your department’s email address and phone number in the invoice header.

This matches the information already shown on event confirmations, creating a more consistent experience across customer-facing documents.

Why this matters
Customers know exactly who to contact with billing questions, and your documents present a clearer, more professional point of contact without extra configuration.


Full Event Coordinator Names on Operational Reports

The full name of the Event Coordinator is now displayed on:

  • Daily Ops Report
  • Service Order Report
  • Manage Operations tool

Previously, only initials were shown.

Why this matters
Seeing full names improves clarity for cross-team coordination. It’s easier to know who is responsible without decoding initials.


Bug Fixes and Workflow Improvements

We also resolved several issues that could cause confusion or delays:

  • Optional event questions that were unanswered were incorrectly appearing as required for requesters. This has been corrected.
  • In some cases, requests were allowed for room setups that exceeded the room’s capacity. Mazévo now prevents those requests.
  • Package information was not displaying in the correct order on confirmations and service order reports. This has been fixed.

These updates are already live and available in your Mazévo environment.
