Public Calendar Look & Feel Update
The look of the public calendar has been refreshed when viewing a list of events.
Improved All Events Listing for Requesters
The list of public events available to requesters has also been updated with a new look. You can now filter by event type and building when viewing the list of events. Clicking on an event will also display more details about the event. A new weekly list, monthly list, and monthly calendar view are also available. Previously, a requester could only see a single day's events.
Filter Activity Log by User
You can now filter the list of added/changed bookings to those that have changes made by a specific Mazévo user.
Manage Operations New Setting to Display Setup/Teardown Time
You can now hide setup/teardown time from the list of bookings in Manage Ops. This is useful if you view bookings on a mobile device and want to see event times without drilling into the booking.
Performance Improvements for Organizations and Contacts
Mazévo is now more responsive if your organization has a large number of organizations and contacts.
Bugs Fixed
Several issues were addressed in this release, including the following:
- The Weekly book view was not showing building hours correctly in some cases.
- In some cases, The Event List report did not display all bookings when filtering by a specific room.
