Security Enhancements
We’ve implemented several “under the hood” updates to strengthen security across the platform. These changes do not impact user-facing functionality but help ensure your data remains protected and secure.
New API Feature
New API Call: roomsignevents
A new, more efficient API call is now available to support digital room sign displays. This call allows for faster and more streamlined access to event data for room signage.
Bug Fixes
We’ve addressed several issues reported by users:

Event Approval: Resolved a bug where the Approve button wasn’t updating booking statuses correctly.

SSO & User Setup: New users created via SSO now correctly receive their assigned security policy.

Revenue Analytics: Users now see a busy notification (AKA the whirling dervish) when exporting large amounts of data.

Event Calendar: The missing “Export to PDF” button has been restored.

Course Imports: Re-importing courses from a file now properly allows overriding existing bookings.

Deposits on Confirmations: Fixed an error that prevented you from limiting deposits to selected invoicing departments.

Invoice Attachments: Attachments now may be added when re-running invoices from the event editor.

Booking Navigation: The copy and move booking functions now work correctly when using the Tab key.

Day at a Glance: Filtering by status now works as expected when multiple pending statuses are in use.

Analytics Reporting: Column display issues have been fixed for reports covering a 366-day (leap year) period.
