We are excited to share a new set of enhancements designed to make your daily workflows smoother and more intuitive. This release builds on the recently introduced Day at a Glance dashboard while improving core tools you use frequently such as Find Events, the Event Calendar, and the Event Editor.
Dashboard and Day at a Glance Enhancements
Filter by Status in the Dashboard
Each chart in the main Dashboard can now be filtered by booking status.
Why it matters: Quickly focus on confirmed events, tentative holds, or academic bookings without running additional reports.
Day at a Glance New Tile: Tomorrow’s Bookings
You can now add a tile to show tomorrow’s bookings, presented in the same hourly graph format as Today’s Bookings.
Why it matters: Gives event coordinators and facility teams a clearer look at what is coming next, promoting better daily readiness.
Expanded Hours in Today’s Bookings
Today’s Bookings now displays hours from 7:00 AM through 11:00 PM (previously 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM).
Why it matters: More visibility for organizations and venues with early starts, late events, or full-day schedules.

Event Coordinator Filter Added
Requests, Today’s Bookings, and Tomorrow’s Bookings tiles now include an Event Coordinator filter.
Why it matters: Coordinators can instantly focus on the events assigned to them, reducing missed details and internal follow-up.
Event Calendar Enhancements
Filter by Resources
You can now filter the Event Calendar by resources attached to bookings.
Why it matters: Helpful for AV, catering, and facility teams to quickly see when specific equipment or service items are in use.
My Views and Public Views Combined
The calendar now uses a single consistent list of views, similar to the change made in Find Events.
Find Events Improvements
View Resource Selections in Advanced Find
Advanced Find Events now includes a column that displays resource selections.
Why it matters: When resources have configurable options, such as food selections in a buffet, you can now identify exactly what was chosen without opening the event.
Filter by Attendance
You can now filter events greater than or less than a specific attendance count.
Why it matters: Makes it easier to locate large gatherings, track capacity-driven bookings, or identify small events across your calendar.
Academic Scheduling Improvements
Easier Viewing of Course Conflicts
The Academics Conflicts for Courses page now shows conflicts directly without requiring additional clicks.
Why it matters: Faster conflict resolution and more clarity during academic scheduling review.

View Feature Requirements When Assigning Rooms in Optimizer
When manually assigning a room, feature requirements are now visible on the same screen.
Why it matters: Reduces back-and-forth checking and improves room assignment accuracy.
Event Editor Enhancements
Filter Rooms by Building or Room Tag
When changing a room, you can now filter room lists by building or tag.
Why it matters: Faster navigation in large campuses and multi-building environments.

Long Event Questions Now Wrap
Long text in event questions will now display fully instead of being cut off.
Why it matters: Event planners can view full wording without guessing or opening additional windows.
System Settings
Disabled Filter in Settings
Event Questions, Tasks, Secondary Approvals, and Scheduled Emails now include the option to hide disabled items.
Bug Fixes
- Resolved issues when editing event questions with dependencies.
