Edit Request Summary Email Text

Add New Request: Selecting Room Setup is Easier

User Count Displayed for Security Policies
What’s New: The number of users assigned to each security policy is now displayed on the configuration screen.

Copying Disabled Rooms/Resources Now Prevented
What’s New: You can no longer copy bookings or requests that include rooms or resources that are disabled.
Why it Matters: This prevents future scheduling issues and ensures that only active spaces and items are used in upcoming events.
Event Questions Can Be Tied to Security Policies
What’s New: Event questions can now be triggered based on a requester’s assigned security policy.

New Aging Report for Invoices
What’s New: The "Find Invoices" tool now includes an aging report that breaks down outstanding invoices by days past due (1–30, 31–60, etc.).

Invoicing Email Field Now Optional
What’s New: When setting up an invoicing department, the reply-to email is optional. If left blank, replies will go to the sender’s email.

- Event Question Copying: Event questions now behave correctly when copying an existing event.
