This release includes a few small improvements designed to make everyday scheduling, reporting, and follow-up work easier. From remembering your preferred Academic Book display to giving you quicker visibility into email activity, these incremental updates help reduce extra steps and keep useful information close at hand.
Most of these new Mazévo features come directly from customer feedback.
Academic scheduling
Keep your preferred Academic Book time display
What Changed
The Academic Book now remembers whether you prefer to display classes using business hours or the full day. Your selection is retained rather than requiring you to choose your preferred display again.
Why It Matters
This makes it easier to return to the Academic Book and see your schedule the way you prefer, saving a step during day-to-day scheduling work.
Finding and analyzing events
See when events were created, including the time
What Changed
In Advanced Find Events, the Date Created column now displays both the date and time. Previously, it displayed only the date.
Why It Matters
The added time gives you more precise information about when an event was created. This can be especially useful when reviewing activity or working with events created on the same day.
Use additional IDs in Advanced Find Events results
What Changed
Advanced Find Events now includes three additional columns: Organization ID, Room ID, and Resource ID
Why It Matters
These IDs make Advanced Find Events results more useful when you need to perform additional analysis or use the results with other integrations.
Day at a Glance
Monitor Email History views from Day at a Glance
What Changed
Day at a Glance now includes a tile for your favorite Email History views. For example, if you have created and favorited a view for bounced emails, you can now see that information directly in Day at a Glance.
Why It Matters
Important views, such as bounced emails, can become part of your regular Day at a Glance workflow instead of requiring a separate check.

Contacts
- The Organization filter on Contacts now filters results properly.
Academic scheduling
- Locking an Academic Term now correctly locks the first day of the term’s date range.
Resources
- Resource groupings now use the correct default sort order.
Approvals
- Secondary approval is now triggered correctly when the approval trigger includes multiple selectable answers.
