We’ve just released a new batch of updates to Mazévo, including several usability improvements, pricing enhancements, and new tools to help you better manage your scheduling data.
Expanded Cleanup Tools
Our Cleanup tools have been enhanced! In addition to helping you identify and manage unused rooms, resources, and customers, you can now evaluate usage across other configuration items like messages, resource groupings, service providers, statuses, cancel reasons, room types, org types, and event types. These insights make it easier to maintain a clean and efficient database.
New Reserved Time-Based Pricing Option
You can now configure half day/full day pricing to be based on reserved time (including setup and teardown), not just the event time. If you'd like this option enabled for your account, please contact Mazévo support.
Invoicing and Financial Enhancements
- First Booking Date Now Displayed: We've added a new column in the Find Deposits and Find Payments views to show the first booking date on an invoice
- Invoice Completed Events Only: You can now filter invoices to include only completed events, allowing you to delay billing for ongoing or future bookings.
Improved Visibility and Navigation
- Instructor Name in Find Events: Instructor names are now visible in the Find Events tool for easier identification of academic events.
- Cleaner Shortcut for Viewing New Users in Day at a Glance: Clicking on New Users from Day at a Glance will now return you to your default view rather than creating a blank tab.
Better Management of Event Questions
You now have more flexibility when requesting additional information from requesters. You can update the due date or remove event questions entirely. Plus, there’s a new option to view recently answered questions in Day at a Glance, making it easier to track responses.
Event Calendar PDF Now Includes Month Names
When exporting your event calendar to PDF, the document now clearly shows the calendar dates, making printed or shared calendars easier to read.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where exporting the daily operations report to Excel could produce an error.
- Resolved issues with message delivery to Event Planners
- Resolved an issue with incorrect time entries on Add New Request
- Removed duplicate search boxes from unanswered questions in Day at a Glance.
- Corrected an issue where saved event views only showed today’s events in specific cases
