This release focuses on a few targeted improvements.
What’s new
Filter the Event List, Daily Operations and Service Order reports by event coordinator
You can now filter the Event List report by coordinator. This makes it easier to see who is responsible for what.
Sort event questions answers alphabetically (A–Z or Z–A)
You can now sort the answers to event questions in both ascending and descending alphabetical order. Previously, this option was only available for A-Z. This helps keep long question lists easier to scan and maintain.
See academic conflicts directly in Manage Operations
Bookings that are in academic conflict can now be made visible in Manage Operations.
Improved display of event diagrams from Manage Ops (desktop)
Event diagrams now display more cleanly in Manage Ops on desktop, making layouts easier to review at a glance.
Expanded calendar details available via the API
The GetEvents API can now return additional calendar details, including event descriptions, links, and images. This supports richer integrations with connected systems and displays.
Bug fixes
- The attachment icon was incorrectly appearing in the messaging window. This has been removed.
- Requesters are now able to select a different building if a room is not available for all requested dates.
- Event questions were appearing twice in the Day at a Glance questions tile. This has been corrected.
- In some cases, requesters were not notified when bookings were denied. Notifications are now sent as expected.
