This release includes a highly requested new feature along with several enhancements and bug fixes designed to improve visibility, streamline request workflows, and make reporting more flexible.
Calendar Subscriptions for Google, Outlook, and More
You asked and it’s finally here! Mazévo now supports auto-updating calendar subscriptions, making it easy to publish events from Mazévo to Google, Outlook, Apple Calendar, and any calendar system that supports an .ics feed. This provides a powerful new way to share your Mazévo event calendar with the tools people in your organization rely on every day.
The subscription automatically stays up to date as events are added or changed in Mazévo. Updates may not appear immediately, as refresh timing is controlled by your calendar system. This is a read-only feed. Mazévo remains the system of record, and any changes must be made in Mazévo to be reflected everywhere.
Administrators can configure calendar subscriptions by navigating to Settings > Calendar, where feeds can be enabled and managed for their account.
Resource Selections Now Available to Requesters
Resource selections are often used by catering and service teams to capture detailed choices tied to a specific resource. For example, selecting a catering package may prompt the user to choose entrees, sides, and desserts associated with that package.
Previously, resource selections could only be entered by a Mazévo event planner. With this update, requesters can now make those selections themselves as part of the request process. This helps capture more complete information up front and reduces follow-up work for service teams.
Day at a Glance Enhancements for Service Monitoring
Day at a Glance now supports tiles that display the volume of services scheduled throughout the day. Previously, you could view the distribution of bookings for the day, but there was no way to focus on bookings tied to a specific service provider.
This enhancement makes it easier for service teams to monitor workload, anticipate peak times, and manage service orders more effectively.
Export Organization Addresses from Advanced Find Events
You can now view and export an organization’s address directly from Advanced Find Events. This includes street address, city, state, and postal code.
This is especially useful when preparing contracts or other documents that require customer address information. The data can be exported to a spreadsheet and easily merged into Word or Google Docs.
Additional External IDs Included in Contact Exports
When exporting contacts, Mazévo now includes both the organization external ID and the contact external ID. This makes it easier to reconcile records when integrating Mazévo data with other systems.
Date Range Prompts for Published Reports
Published reports can now prompt users to enter a specific date range when viewing the report from the Published Reports page. Previously, date ranges had to be predefined when the report was created.
Note that published reports delivered by email will continue to use the predefined date range and will not prompt for input.
